Door Installation in Bathroom & Framed wall in Lanai in Spring Hill

We were approached by a client located in Spring Hill about some small projects they wanted done in the home. In particular, they wanted to add a bathroom door in their master bedroom where there never was one. In the 90's, builders around here decided it would be a great idea to separate the toilet and shower from the vanity area in bathrooms. Today, this just doesn't work too well and we are finding we are doing a lot of these conversions. We added a door to enclose the entirety of the bathroom to make it one room. Also, they had a six foot sliding glass door in the same master bedroom that they wanted to frame in. We removed the slider, framed and insulated, and finished with stucco. The client was having the home painted at a later date.

New Lanai Soffit in Trinity

This has been a very popular renovation we have done over the past couple of years. When your original drywall or plaster ceiling in your lanai area is starting to deteriorate and crack, a money saving idea is to install soffit material in its place. For this particular job, we used a wainscoting material that really refreshes the area. It gives it a more contemporary look and doesn't break the bank on budget.

Column Replacement in Tampa

We were approached by a client in Tampa that was wanting to update the front of their home just a little bit. After 25 years of weather, the original double 4 x 4 columns in the front of the home were starting to show their age. We removed the existing double columns and replaced them with larger single 6 x 6 rough sawn cedar posts. This gives a whole new look to the front of the home and we know it will last for years.

Bathroom Remodel in Land O Lakes

Another week, another beautiful bathroom. A few months back we met with an absolute amazing client that wanted to renovate her bathroom. It was about 10-15 years old and she wanted to design something a little more contemporary. This is what we came up with. The total design really works well together. We went with a wood style planking for the flooring and the shower walls. A nice neutral color river rock as the shower floor and the accent. The design also incorporated a fantastic wall niche and an amazing new custom glass shower door. Take a look at the pictures and let us know what you think. Scroll down for progress photos.

The transformation is stunning, from the new tile floors, the ornate backsplash, the new elegant lighting throughout, and the addition of a new wine chiller in the island. Bathroom Remodel in Port Richey

Take a look at this bathroom that we just completed for a client in Port Richey. A truly unique design to say the least. The river rock on the shower wall and floor gives a real natural feel as well as the overhead rain shower head. Also note the dual shower valves as this shower serves a double purpose as a dog shower as well for their furry children. This project was a lot of fun and we know the client will have something they can enjoy for years to come. Scroll down to see some before and after photos.

Bathroom Remodel in Clearwater

Our first finished project of February is this beautiful bathroom that we finished for a client in Clearwater. Our customer decided to go very contemporary with the look and feel of the room. The modern hardware the client picked out had a temperature sensor with display. We added a custom niche and a modern round front bathtub. Other new features included a modern white vanity with granite countertop, new faucet, new mirror, and new lighting. We moved the shower head to a more modern and convenient height. The bathroom was finished with faux wood plank tile flooring and a eco-friendly new toilet.

Kitchen and two Bathroom Remodel in Trinity

We just finished up on a complete renovation on a kitchen and two bathrooms for a client in Trinity. The client decided to go with an all white design that really stands out and gives the rooms a very contemporary feel. Other renovations to this residence were closing up an existing window that was on the lanai which you can see in the photo and we matched the stucco just perfect. As well as a small bar area in the lanai. Overall, this was a very fun project that turned out extremely well.
